Laser leveling

the function is that the laser-rotating device rotates at a relatively high speed around the axis perpendicular to the surface and achieves a laser screen from above the field in this device.  The obtained laser is used as a levelling reference. This device can be adjusted in desired longitudinal and transverse slopes. In addition, the device is not affected by the movement of the earth, and there is no need for human power to map the high and low points and estimate the amount of excavation and embankment not at the farm level. The beam is emitted from the laser device and is received by a light sensor installed on the device. By moving the device up and down while moving on the surface, the laser beam is transmitted by the detectors to the control system and forces the hydraulic control system of the tractor. It raises and lowers the blade and this action continues until the laser beam hits the middle detector. The sensitivity of this system is at least 10 to 15 times more accurate than the visual judgment and manual control of tractor hydraulics by the driver. Also, the use of this system does not require technical skills and farmers can use it easily.
